The apps are free to use. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no virtual currency you can buy. We do not operate user accounts and we do not ask for payment details. If you ever see a page asking for payment in connection with these apps, it is not ours — please report it to us.
The apps are funded by advertising. Ads may be served by Google and its advertising partners, and some ads are optional and reward-based. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalised advertising only runs with your consent, collected through a Google-certified consent management platform; you can change or withdraw that consent at any time via the consent controls described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and them.
Your progress and settings are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot recover them. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, changing device or browser, or a browser fault may erase them permanently. You are responsible for your own device, browser profile and backups.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any app or feature at any time, including removing features or ending distribution entirely. The apps are provided as-is; we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will meet your expectations or that any defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill or device function, arising out of or relating to your use of the apps. Because the apps are provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, which is zero, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you use a build of an app distributed through a third-party portal, such as CrazyGames or Poki, that portal's own terms of service and privacy policy also apply, and the portal may control save syncing and advertising in its build. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
You may stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections and courts of your own country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is material, we will make it prominent on this page.
